Andrew Stanleick
President and Chief Executive OfficerAndrew joined BeautyHealth as President and CEO in February 2022, bringing more than 25 years of global beauty and retail experience and a proven record of scaling businesses internationally. He has led the transformation and growth of iconic global brands across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas, leveraging his deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, branding and digital engagement. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Andrew held senior roles at Coty, including as head of the Consumer Beauty business in Europe and, most recently, as Executive Vice President, Americas, where he led Coty’s portfolio of Luxury and Consumer Beauty brands across the region. Andrew also served as Global CEO for Kylie Jenner Beauty and oversaw the Kim Kardashian West business for Coty. Andrew spent a number of years at Coach (Tapestry, Inc.) as President & CEO of both the Europe and Southeast Asia Pacific businesses. He began his career in consumer goods at Unilever and L’Oréal, holding progressively senior positions in marketing and country management leadership roles. A native of England, Andrew graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and has lived and served in leadership roles in eight countries across four continents, including seven years in Asia.

Chief Financial OfficerLiyuan has served as the CFO, EVP since September 2020 and oversees financial, M&A and business technology aspects of the company. Liyuan has more than 24 years of experience building and creating infrastructure to enable aggressive global scaling, while promoting sustainable profitability. Prior to The Beauty Health Company, Liyuan was the COO & CFO of The VOID, a highly rated virtual reality brand introducing consumers to fully immersive, location-based, hyper-reality experiences. Throughout her career, Liyuan has provided leadership to both growth oriented and turnaround situations. Prior to the VOID, Liyuan was the CFO, EVP at SharkNinja, a growth oriented multi-billion dollar consumer electronic product portfolio category creator focused on innovation and marketing. At SharkNinja, she was in charge of finance, capital raising and allocation, legal and strategic initiatives involving global expansion and M&A.
Previously, she served as a Director of Alix Partners and acted as CFO during Gymboree Group’s multi-billion dollar restructuring process. Liyuan also teamed up with other executive members in establishing the strategic plan, a supply chain hub in Asia as well as other international expansion efforts. Prior to that, she was the CFO of bebe stores, a publicly traded global multi-channel fashion brand. During her 6 years with bebe stores, she was responsible for all aspects of finance and operations. Liyuan started her career with the consulting firm Deloitte in its Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services and Financial Advisory functions. During her 13 years with Deloitte, she provided financial advisory services to public and private companies for M&A transactions, IPOs and growth initiatives. Since September 2021, Liyuan has also served on the board of Shawmut Design and Construction, a leading $1.5 billion national construction management firm.

Chief Revenue OfficerDan serves as BeautyHealth’s Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for BeautyHealth’s global sales operations and growth, driving focus and synergy across all markets. He joined BeautyHealth as EVP of Sales for US and Canada in March 2017. A 35-year veteran of the medical and aesthetics industry, Dan has a proven track record of delivering high growth and high penetration sales strategies. During nearly six years at BeautyHealth, he has built a world class sales team that has successfully launched two new generations of Hydrafacial devices—Perk and most recently Syndeo—and nearly doubled the North America install base. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Dan was the VP of Sales at Stryker Spine, where he developed and executed the sales strategy to hit annual revenue and operating income targets. Dan has held various senior sales management positions for companies such as Sherwood Medical, Ethicon EndoSurgery, CR Bard, SpineTech, Oratec, and Smith + Nephew. -

Jon Arnold
President, EMEAJon joined as President, EMEA in August 2022. A longtime beauty veteran with a track record of delivering transformational growth, Jon has built teams and strategies for consumer product businesses around the world. Most recently he served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas at French spirits group Rémy Cointreau. Prior, he spent more than 20 years at L’Oréal, including as General Manager for the Australia Consumer Products division, where he led a strategic return of the group to profitability.

President, APACMingo joined BeautyHealth in 2018 to launch the Asia-Pacific business, setting up a direct presence in major markets and working with key opinion leaders and distributors to expand the business across medical and non-medical channels. He brings a successful track record of 25 years in medical devices and 15 years in medical aesthetics. He previously held roles at Solta Medical, Johnson and Johnson, and Boston Scientific, serving as Global Marketing, General Manager, and Vice President of International and Head of Global Sales.

Chief Operating OfficerBrad joined BeautyHealth in January 2023 and is a globally renowned aesthetic device innovation leader. He leads the Company’s full product lifecycle, from ideation and innovation to go-to-market, with oversight of Product, Marketing and Operations. Brad brings more than 20 years’ experience in aesthetic device development and marketing. Prior to joining Beauty Health, he led product development, R&D and business integration of category creating aesthetic treatments, including CoolSculpting, Thermage and Fraxel for leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies, including Allergan Aesthetics – an AbbVie Company, Zeltiq Aesthetics, Cutera and Solta Medical. He also served as CEO of Soliton, Inc., during its development of the novel cellulite and tattoo removal medical aesthetic device RESONIC and is on the Boards of Candesant Biomedical and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. -

She oversees brand marketing, provider and consumer experience and insights, and creative direction, and drives speed and agility in brand building. Prior to joining BeautyHealth, Maria held multiple marketing leadership roles at beauty and device companies, most recently at FORMA Brands where she drove the success of mega influencer brands such as Morphe, Born Dreamer and Jaclyn Cosmetics. She also served in marketing leadership roles at NuFACE, Korres and Tarte Cosmetics. -

Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Kindthread, a disruptor in the healthcare apparel industry. Prior, David served as Executive Vice President for Operations and Information Technology at SharkNinja, where he led the successful transformation of both functions, supporting revenue and EBITDA growth. -

Chief Communications and Public Affairs OfficerAmy serves as BeautyHealth’s Chief Communications and Public Affairs Officer, responsible for brand communications, influencer marketing, corporate and social affairs. She joined BeautyHealth as Head of Corporate Affairs in May 2022. Amy has spent two decades in beauty, consumer goods, and healthcare, working with companies experiencing significant growth and transformation. Prior to BeautyHealth, she led corporate affairs in the Americas for Coty, where she shaped the stories of bellwether brand Covergirl and Coty overall, and managed internal communications through the merger with Procter & Gamble’s specialty beauty business. Amy also led external communications at Zocdoc and Chobani during both brands’ evolution from nascent category creators to market leaders. She began her career representing Fortune 100 companies at global communications agencies Weber Shandwick and Hill & Knowlton. -
Paul BokotaVice President and General Counsel
Paul Bokota
Vice President and General CounselPaul has served as HydraFacial's VP & General Counsel since November 2020. Paul has over 28 years of legal experience. He manages HydraFacial's legal team and oversees all aspects of the Company's global legal efforts. Prior to joining HydraFacial, Paul worked for six years as the Division General Counsel for Spectrum Brands, Inc, managing global legal affairs for its Hardware & Home Improvement division. Spectrum Brands is a $3.5 B publicly traded consumer products company. Paul has held various senior legal positions for public and privately held global companies. Prior to his in-house legal career, Paul was a commercial litigator for 13 years, litigating and trying a wide variety of cases in state and federal court. Paul received his A.B. magna cum laude in Government from Harvard University and his J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University.
