LONG BEACH, Calif., February 15, 2023 – The Beauty Health Company (NASDAQ: SKIN), home to flagship brand Hydrafacial, today issued the following statement as Chairman of the Board Brent Saunders takes on a new role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bausch + Lomb Corporation.
